Tom the Cat needs a home
Tom is an awesome big ole lap cat, as soon as you sit down he is right there to warm your lap and heart. Many years ago Tom tested a slight positive for Feline Leukemia which put him in our Leuki room, however he is testing negative at this time. He still lives with his long-term companions and is the welcome wagon for any new ones especially kittens as he will play father figure to them and groom and sleep with them. Tom loves to be petted and brushed and get a lot of attention and even though he's older plays like a kitten with string toys and will all of a sudden jump up and start batting a ball across the floor. Tom's easy going style lets you pet him all over and he loves every second of it, he doesn't even mind sharing you with the other cats as long as he gets his pets, he is never mean to other cats. Tom is a sprayer, not sure if its territorial, due to not being altered young enough or if it would stop if he had a loving home to call his own. He recently lost one of his eyes but that has not slowed him down. Tom loves to go outside in the leuki yard where he will usually be laying in the sun on the warm cement patio.
